Surya Namaskar, the sun salutation, is a sequence of yoga postures that pay homage to the life-giving sun, offering a harmonious blend of physical exercise and spiritual reverence.

Participant Eligibility:
  1. Open to all the students, stydying in +2 or higher classes.
  2. No prior yoga experience required, but participants should be physically fit to perform the asanas.

Registration Guidelines:
  1. All participants must register before the specified deadline.

Competition Categories:
  1. Participants must choose and register for the appropriate category, i.e. Boys or Girls.

Performance Guidelines:
  1. Surya Namaskar sequence to be followed as traditionally prescribed.
  2. Proper yoga attire is mandatory (e.g., comfortable clothing, no loose accessories).
  3. No use of props or aids during the performance.

Duration and Rounds:
  1. Each participant will perform a specified number of rounds of Surya Namaskar.

Judging Criteria:

  1. Each team should consist of seven primary players and a maximum of five substitutes.

  1. All participants must be bona fide students of the college.

Match Format:
  1. Matches will follow the standard Kabaddi rules, with two halves consisting of a specific duration (e.g., 20 minutes each).

    1. Participants must register online latest by 31st Dec 2023

    Originality and Authenticity:
    1. All submitted artworks must be original creations of the participants
    2. Copying the theme from other sources are allowed but the participant should paint the picture by himself.

    Art Materials and Tools:
    1. Participants should bring all the art materials on their own.
    2. Participants must use nontoxic and safe art materials for their creations.
    3. Only the Chart paper will be given by the organiser.

    Judging Criteria:
    1. There will be a neutral panel of Judges, who will judge the performance of the participants.
    2. The Judgement will be done on the criteria of creativity, technique, adherence to the theme, originality etc.

    Display and Exhibition:
  • Artworks will be displayed in a designated exhibition area or gallery space.

  • Ownership and Copyright:
  • The college reserves the right to photograph, record, or display submitted artworks for promotional or documentation purposes

    2. Judges’ decisions will be final and non-debatable.

    Attire and Props:
    1. Participants should dress appropriately and professionally.
    2. No use of props or costumes during the recitation.

    Time Management:
    1. Participants must report to the designated area at least 15 minutes before their scheduled performance time.
    2. Time limits will be strictly enforced, and exceeding the allotted time may lead to point deductions.

    Respectful Behavior:
    1. Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, judges, and the audience is expected at all times.
    2. Any disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification.

    Language and Content:
    1. Poems can be recited in Hindi, English or any reginal language.
    2. Poems with offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content are not permitted.

    Awards and Recognition:
    1. Prizes will be awarded to winners based on judges' scores.
    2. Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.

    The event Inspiro’24 will be organised on 11th and 12th Jan 2024. The last date to send the participate form is 31st of Dec 2023.

  • The participation fee for each even is Rs. 100/- per participants.
  • The interested candidates are advised to fill up the form as soon as possible as the right to entry in the event is reserved.
  • The concerned school/college/coaching/institutes are suggested to send One participation in each event from their organisation, representing their best ones.
  • The day 1 of Inspiro’24 will be organised at CIMAGE …, where all the events will be conducted and top 3 in each categories will be selected.
