Open to all the students, stydying in +2 or higher classes.
No prior yoga experience required, but participants should be physically fit to perform the asanas.

Performance Guidelines:

Surya Namaskar sequence to be followed as traditionally prescribed.

Time Management:

Participants must report to the designated area at least 15 minutes before their scheduled performance time.
Time limits will be strictly enforced, and exceeding the allotted time may lead to point deductions.

Respectful Behavior:

Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, judges, and the audience is expected at all times.
Any disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification.

Language and Content:

Poems can be recited in Hindi, English or any reginal language.
Poems with offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content are not permitted.

Awards and Recognition:

Prizes will be awarded to winners based on judges' scores.
Certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.

Organizer’s Discretion:

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules or make decisions in unforeseen circumstances not covered by the guidelines.
